This Cookie Policy explains how Maritime Ventures S.r.l. ("Equiply", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on equiply.it. It complements our Privacy Policy and follows the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), Article 122 of the Italian Codice Privacy, and the Italian Data Protection Authority's (Garante) cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. "Similar technologies" include browser localStorage, which can also store information on your device. We group both under "cookies" in this policy.
We use two consent-relevant categories in addition to strictly necessary technologies:
- Strictly necessary — required to run the site (e.g. sign-in, security, remembering your cookie choice). These do not require consent and cannot be switched off.
- Functional — remember your preferences and interface state.
- Analytics — help us understand how the site is used. These load only after you consent.
2. Your consent and how to change it
When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or Manage preferences by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing beyond strictly necessary technologies runs until you make a choice.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. We record your choice so we can demonstrate it, and we will ask again if our cookies change or after a reasonable period.

Vercel's analytics do not use cookies, but because they involve third-party measurement we still load them only after you consent to the Analytics category.
4. Third-party cookies and transfers
Analytics technologies are provided by third parties (Microsoft, Vercel) that act as our processors. Some of these providers are established in the United States; where data is transferred outside the EEA it is safeguarded under Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as described in our Privacy Policy.
